Free for our customers, we now offer other tenants and owners of the Residence Victoria Surf a place to temporarily deposit any suitcases, parcels or luggage, in order to avoid any congestion before your departure or arrival.

In order to best support the many residents of the Victoria Management Residence, we are setting up a Concierge service, intended to simplify the rental management of your apartments.

A real trusted solution for owners. From the reservation, to the departure of travelers, through personalized advice, we will be able to retain your tenants by ensuring them an excellent stay in the Basque Country.

This service centralizes several services such as: the delivery/collection of the keys, the management of the cleaning and the household linen for departures or the various repairs which are to be carried out in the accommodation.
