Conditions of sale and cancellation 2024:
- Cancellation is free of charge up to 15 days of arrival (refund of deposits, if applicable, up to this date).
- Full payment for the stay must be made 15 days from arrival. The reservation is therefore final and can no longer give rise to a refund.
- For a "last minute" reservation (less than 15 days), full payment for the stay is required in order to confirm it.
- The management of the establishment reserves the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet these conditions.
- A late cancellation (less than 15 days before arrival or in cas of early departure for a stay that has started) cannot give rise to reimbursement, even partial, of the sums paid. The establishment of a credit (conditions below) may be granted if the late cancellation or early departure is linked to Covid 19 (presentation of proof required).
